I Blog because........! I've followed a number of blogs for years, have written anonymously in the past and have now launched my own blog on TalentSynchronicty.com. A blog is the central hub to all other points of connection. Regardless of how else you reach potential candidates or clients the artistry is in engagement through your blog. This is becoming a moment of truth for many companies, large and small.

So how will companies balance transparency, authenticity and company policy? How can recruiters, third-party and corporate, use blogging to enhance their brand and appeal to talent? What does it really take from concept through launch to create content that's meaningful and engaging.

Join me for an open discussion on blogging. I certainly don't have all the answers but I have lots of questions! So, whether you already blog or are interested in getting started join the conversation and share your thoughts as we explore the fundamentals of successful blogging.

Susan - mind if I make on small change?

I make no claims about my stuff being the best. So "best" practices might be a stretch. We'll leave that for the industry elite. So how about instead of "Best Practices in Recruiting" as a title - we go with "Some" practices.
