getting set up here in the Splits Group

In order to greatly improve the value of our Recruitingblogs.com group we are asking each group member to do these 2 simple things things:

1. Sign on to your RBC profile page. Update your profile as much as possible. You will see a question there “Are you open to split placements?” so make sure you answer “YES” in that box.

2. After updating your profile you will then want to visit the group and locate the category(s) you best fit in.

* Please add a reply within that discussion introducing yourself in as much detail as possible – specific geography, niche, expertise, etc. and let us know who you are. In other words – take a few minutes and tell us about YOU!

* If you do not see a category that fits please email me and I will add it.

Though it goes without saying – please - no spam! This is for making splits with other group members. If it’s not helpful, relevant or applicable it will be deleted....

Todd Kmiec & Associates is always looking to develop profitable partnerships with recruiters interested in splits. We handle only the client side of the business partnering with other recruiters to handle the candidate side, so all of our placements are splits. If you are interested in partnering in this way, we'd love to hear from you.

Your I.T. is really incomplete and confusing the way it is. I think it would be better to generalize, like: I.T. - consulting/contracting and the 2nd one I.T. - Permanent placement of all I.T. professional,.

The template document is meant only to give you an idea of what to possibly include in your introduction.

OK, I just sign on to your RBC profile page. I updated my profile. I clicked "YES" to “Are you open to split placements?”

Other than what my profile provides you in the way of a quick 60 second commercial about myself, I'll let you know I love all the people...all the wonderful people on RBC. Feel free to connect...to be and stay a relationship builder. Share and Split...no doubt we will have fun. Many thanks...JS
